4-year old boy shot in the head in road rage incident

Cleveland Police Department have confirmed that a 4-year-old boy is in serious condition after he was shot in the head in an apparent road rage incident.
Police says the shooting happened while a mother was driving her 4-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter.  After the mother honked her horn to pass another car blocking the road, the car allegedly followed the mother onto the freeway and fired shots into the woman's car.

The 4-year-old has since undergone surgery to remove bullet fragments and preliminary information indicates the bullet fragments did not penetrate his brain while the 7-year-old girl suffered minor scratches from shattered glass.
